Endosphères Therapy
a matrix of rotating spheres
A roller carrying fifty-five silicone spheres is passed slowly over the area. Each sphere compresses the tissue and releases it as it turns, producing a steady, deep vibration. The action is mechanical, set, and perfectly repeatable from one session to the next.
Tissue that feels congested, skin that has lost some of its suppleness, diffuse surface tension, slow recovery after training.
We describe sensations and a mechanism, not a result. You will find no promise on this page of lost centimetres, cellulite removal or body reshaping. Such claims are common in this field; they are not ours, because we cannot guarantee them to you.
Assessment and areas. We go through your history and the list of contraindications, then define together the area or areas to be worked. A session rarely covers more than two.
Settling in. You put on light clothing provided by the Maison. The roller always works through fabric, never directly on bare skin.
The passes. The roller travels the area in slow, regular passes. The sensation is a firm, vibrating roll, often described as deep but not painful. Intensity can be adjusted at any moment.
Coming back. A few minutes sitting, a glass of water. We recommend drinking more in the following hours and avoiding intense effort the same day.
The face — radiance and firmness · 30 min
The body — congestion and tissue recovery · 45 min
A CHF 40 deposit on booking, balance on site by TWINT or in cash. The deposit is non-refundable but carries over once. The face format follows the same course over thirty minutes, with a shorter assessment. Books and courses are paid in full at purchase, on request.
- This is not a medical treatment, nor a slimming device. We make no diagnosis.
- This is not a massage. There is no adaptation of the hand to what the body presents: the action is mechanical and identical from one pass to the next.
- This is not a treatment to be judged on a single session. One session is a discovery, not a result.
- This is not covered by insurance, basic or complementary. The Maison's ASCA accreditation covers therapeutic massage, not device-based treatments.
The treatment is non-invasive but applies sustained compressive vibration. Some situations mean it has to be adapted, postponed or declined. Tell us yours when you book.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Thrombosis, phlebitis, clotting disorders, anticoagulant treatment.
- Implanted medical device, in particular a pacemaker: prior clearance from your doctor.
- Cancer under treatment: only with your oncologist's agreement.
- Active infection, fever, acute inflammation of the area.
- Significant varicose veins, marked capillary fragility, recent bruising on the area.
- Hernia, recent surgery, prosthesis fitted less than six months ago on the area.
- Severe osteoporosis, open skin lesion, burn or eczema flare-up.
- Face format: recent hyaluronic acid or botulinum toxin injections, thread lifts, deep peels. A waiting period applies, to be confirmed with the doctor who performed the procedure.
This list is not exhaustive and does not replace medical advice. If in doubt, speak to your doctor before booking.
Does it hurt?
No. The sensation is a firm, vibrating roll, often described as deep. If an area becomes unpleasant we lower the intensity or move on.
How many sessions do I need?
This treatment works as a cycle, at a regular rhythm over several weeks. A single session will let you discover the sensation, nothing more. We would rather tell you that before you book.
What do I wear?
Light clothing provided by the Maison. The roller works through fabric, never directly on bare skin.
Can I combine it with a massage?
Yes, but not on the same area on the same day. The tissue has already been strongly worked; combining adds nothing and simply tires you.
